Turkey cutlets with parsley puree are a delicate and aromatic dish that embodies European culinary tradition with a modern emphasis on lightness and healthiness. Originally, cutlets were made from various types of meat, but using turkey gives them amazing tenderness and subtle flavor, while the parsley puree adds fresh herbal notes. This combination makes the dish versatile: it is suitable for both family dinners and festive gatherings. The light airiness of the mince is achieved by adding mineral water, and proper frying creates a crispy golden crust. The harmony of textures and flavors makes these cutlets an excellent choice for those who appreciate refined simplicity and care about healthy eating.
