Gut, rinse, and clean the fish.
- Dorada: 2 pieces

Slice the lemon into rings - not too thick and not too thin.
- Lemon: 1 piece

Rosemary can be taken fresh, but I always have dried branches.
- Rosemary: 0.5 bunch

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Line the baking tray with foil so that there is enough foil left to wrap the fish like an envelope.

Place the fish on foil, previously coated with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Put lemon slices and rosemary sprigs inside the belly.

Wrap the fish well and put it in the oven.
