Wash and dry the fish. Coat it in spices and set aside.
- White fish fillet: 600 g
- Seasoning for fish: 3 teaspoons

Sauté frozen spinach in a pan without oil over low heat. Once all the water has evaporated and the spinach is soft, add 25 grams of processed cheese and pour in cream.
- Frozen spinach: 200 g
- Processed cheese: 50 g
- Cream: 100 ml

Sauté the spinach, stirring, for about 7 minutes.

Grease the baking dish with oil and optionally sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
