The kid fits easily into a standard home oven, especially if you tie its legs.

Slightly heat the milk, add a good handful of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a good bunch of thyme (leave part of the thyme for garnish). Pour the milk into a suitable container and marinate the goat for about three hours, turning it in the milk and massaging it occasionally.
- Milk: 3 l

Grease the marinated goatling with vegetable oil and place it in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for one and a half hours, then increase the heat to 180 degrees and bake for another thirty minutes.

As the heat increases, place a baking tray with diced pumpkin in the oven. Season the pumpkin with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, top with pieces of butter, and sprinkle with thyme.
