Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil.

Pour boiling water over the tomato and peel it. Cut the peeled tomato into slices. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Cut the fillet from the chicken breast. You will get 2 pieces from each. Pound each piece separately with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper. Dredge the pounded meat in flour on both sides.
