Tender pork steaks baked in the oven are a true embodiment of American culinary comfort. Marinated with a blend of sweet honey, spicy garlic, and rich soy sauce, they gain exceptional depth of flavor. Honey adds a light caramelization while garlic enhances the meat's aroma, making it even more appetizing. Baking in foil retains juiciness, turning each piece into a soft texture that literally melts in your mouth. This recipe is perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings with friends. The combination with a fresh vegetable salad featuring avocado and red onion adds brightness and lightness, creating a balanced dish. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy the flavors inspired by American cuisine!
