Prepare a marinade for the ribs. Mix balsamic with minced garlic, add honey, salt, pepper, hot chili sauce, and peanut butter. Mix everything together.
- Balsamic vinegar: 100 ml
- Garlic: 1 head
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Chili pepper: 1 piece
- Peanut butter: 2 tablespoons

Mix the ribs with the mixture and preferably keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
- Pork ribs: 2 kg

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, no higher.

Place the ribs with the marinade tightly in a foil tray and cover with foil.
