Italian-style beef in tomato sauce is a true embodiment of Mediterranean flavor. This recipe hails from sunny Italy, where the simplicity of ingredients combines with rich, deep aromas. Tender brisket marinated in white wine and rosemary gains a robust taste, while the tomato sauce with garlic, basil, and olives adds a harmonious sweet-sour note to the dish. Sautéed to a golden crust, the beef simmers in the aromatic sauce, filling the kitchen with warm Italian notes. This dish pairs perfectly with pasta or polenta and reveals its flavors beautifully alongside a glass of red wine. Italian-style beef is a cozy dinner that transports you to the narrow streets of Tuscany, where taste and love for good food reign.
