Marinated fish in the microwave

Fish under marinade in the microwave is an amazing combination of simplicity and sophistication inspired by Italian cuisine. This recipe is based on the traditional method of cooking fish in aromatic marinade but adapted for quick preparation. Salmon soaked in tomato marinade with onions and carrots becomes incredibly tender and juicy. The warm taste of spices and herbs makes the dish rich, while the slight acidity of tomato paste adds freshness. It’s an ideal option for those who appreciate flavorful and balanced food without long preparations. Fish under marinade pairs perfectly with a light vegetable or rice side dish and serves as a great base for a Mediterranean dinner.
