Wash the chicken, place it in a thick-bottomed pot, fill it with cold water (about 3.5 liters), and add the grains. Boil over medium heat until boiling, then reduce the heat to minimum. Stir the grains occasionally to prevent burning (you can also add some prepared oil for this).

- Wheat groats: 2 glasss
- Butter: 100 g

After one and a half hours, remove the chicken, separate it from the bones, and add the meat back to the pot. Mix everything well. Continue to cook, stirring, until a thick porridge-like mass forms.

Salt and pepper the porridge 10 minutes before cooking ends.
