We make the sauce. For this, we pour water into a plate (enough to cover the shrimp in the pan), add two tablespoons of sour cream, mix, then add a spoon of salt, a spoon of sugar, and a bit of lemon juice. Mix well.

Pour the sauce into a pan with peeled shrimp and cook the shrimp in the sauce over high heat until it evaporates (the pan can be removed slightly earlier, without letting the sauce completely evaporate).
