Beef Stir-Fry

Beef stir-fry is a dish with a rich flavor and aromatic texture. Influenced by Asian cuisine, it gained popularity in American cooking for its quick preparation and intense flavors. Tender pieces of beef infused with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce combine with crunchy green asparagus and spicy chili peppers. A light hint of white wine adds depth, while the high-heat frying method preserves the meat's juiciness. This dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and special occasions, creating a balance between the freshness of vegetables and the rich flavor of meat. Serving it with rice makes it nutritious and filling, while Eastern notes add originality to every bite.

Cut the beef into thin slices. To make it easier, you can put the meat in the freezer for a short time. When it becomes a bit firm, it will be much easier to cut.

Fill a pot halfway with water, add salt. Wait for it to boil. Add the chopped asparagus to the boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water and place the asparagus in cold water.
- Salt: to taste
- Green asparagus: 16 stems

Place a deep skillet over medium heat. Add oil, ginger, and garlic. When you smell the garlic, add the meat. Fry for a few minutes until the meat is cooked. Add chili pepper and asparagus. Sauté briefly. Add soy sauce and a bit of white wine. Simmer for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
