- Chicken hearts: 400 g
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Sweet red onion: 1 piece
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Soak the hearts in this marinade for an hour.

Place the hearts in a sleeve, pour in the remaining marinade. Add rice, 2 cups of water, and salt if necessary.
