Squid with shrimp and green beans is an exquisite dish of Spanish cuisine filled with Mediterranean aromas. Historically, seafood has played a key role in Spain's gastronomy, especially in coastal regions. This dish combines the tenderness of squid, the juiciness of shrimp, and the freshness of green beans, creating a rich flavor bouquet. A light garlic aroma enhanced by white wine deepens the taste, while lemon juice adds pleasant acidity. Golden-brown fried squid combined with herbs and spices makes this dish an ideal choice for a Mediterranean-style dinner.

1
Wash the squid and cut them into rings. If they were frozen, dry them well with paper towels.
- Squid: 2 pieces
2
Slice the onion into rings. Chop the garlic. Fry in the pan for less than a minute. During this time, the onion will soften, and the garlic won't burn yet.
- Green onions: 3 pieces
- Garlic: 2 cloves
3
Add the squid and cook until golden brown. Reduce the heat, pour in the wine, and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Squid: 2 pieces
- Dry white wine: 100 ml
4
Then add the beans and simmer for about 5 minutes. Fresh beans need more time - about 6-8 minutes.
- Lima beans: 250 g
5
Send the shrimp to the beans. If they are frozen, first rinse them with cold water and dry. After a couple of minutes, add salt, black pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Peeled shrimp: 250 g
- Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoon
