Potato draniki are a traditional Russian dish rooted in rural cuisine, where simplicity and ingredient accessibility were valued. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they have a rich potato flavor with subtle notes of a golden crust. Draniki pair wonderfully with sour cream, fresh vegetables, or garlic sauce, turning an ordinary meal into a cozy gastronomic delight. They can be served as a standalone dish or as a side to meat. The uniqueness of draniki lies in their versatility; they are suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and their aroma and texture make them a family favorite.
