1
Pass the beef through a meat grinder, add oil, a tablespoon of ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix by hand (if using a food processor, the meat will be fibrous) until homogeneous. Form a patty: fill a culinary ring with the mixture and compact it.
- Beef tenderloin: 250 g
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup: 1.5 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

2
Finely chop the pickled cucumber and mince the white onion. Mix the cucumber and onion with mayonnaise, half a tablespoon of ketchup, HP sauce, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the main ingredient - cognac.
- Pickles: 2 pieces
- White onion: 0.3 head
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup: 1.5 tablespoon
- HP Brown Sauce: 1 teaspoon
- TABASCO®: 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce: 0.5 teaspoon
- Cognac: 1.5 teaspoon

3
Cut half a tomato and red onion into thin rings. Carefully fold the 'Iceberg' lettuce leaves into a boat shape, trying not to damage them. Place slices of tomato and red onion on the salad and gently press with your hands.
- Tomatoes: 0.5 piece
- Red onion: 0.5 head
- Iceberg lettuce: 3 bunchs

4
Grill the meat, bun, and bacon (a grill pan will also work). The bun needs thirty seconds to brown, the bacon half a minute on each side, and medium doneness for the meat will take about four to five minutes. A minute before it's done, place cheese on the patty and let it melt.
- Beef tenderloin: 250 g
- Sesame bun: 1 piece
- Bacon: 2 pieces
- Cheddar cheese: 40 g

5
Place a boat of salad with slices of tomato and onion on half of the toasted bun, drizzle with two to three tablespoons of sauce, top with a patty with cheddar cheese and bacon, and cover with the other half of the bun. The garnish for the hamburger will be a pickled cucumber cut into four pieces.
- Sesame bun: 1 piece
- Iceberg lettuce: 3 bunchs
- Tomatoes: 0.5 piece
- Red onion: 0.5 head
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Beef tenderloin: 250 g
- Cheddar cheese: 40 g
- Bacon: 2 pieces
- Pickles: 2 pieces
