Chicken legs in honey-lemon marinade

Chicken drumsticks in honey-lemon marinade are a refined dish of Chinese cuisine, combining the sweetness of honey with the bright citrus tang of lemon. Historically, such marinades were used to impart special tenderness and rich flavor to meat. Thanks to soy sauce and herbs, the drumsticks gain depth of aroma, while roasting creates an appetizing golden crust. The dish is perfect for family dinners as well as festive feasts, harmoniously pairing with rice or fresh vegetables. This delicacy not only delights the taste but also evokes warm associations with home comfort and Eastern traditions.
