Chicken cutlets with pepper

Chicken cutlets with pepper are a wonderful combination of the softness of chicken mince and the freshness of green pepper. This dish comes from Ukrainian cuisine, where simple yet hearty and aromatic dishes are valued. The cutlets turn out tender due to the addition of milk and eggs, while green pepper gives them juiciness and a slight spiciness. Parsley and green onions add freshness, while spices enhance the flavor. The cutlets are fried in small portions, creating an appetizing golden crust. This is an ideal dish for both family dinners and festive gatherings as it is versatile and pairs well with side dishes of potatoes, porridge or vegetables. Ukrainian housewives often prepare such cutlets as they are easy to make but delight with rich taste and aroma.
