Royal chicken is a true gastronomic masterpiece worthy of a royal table. This dish, rooted in Russian cuisine, combines the tenderness of chicken meat, the juiciness of vegetables, and the spiciness of aromatic spices. An exquisite omelet with ham, mushrooms, and mayonnaise gives the chicken roll a special texture and richness of flavor, while melted cheese adds softness and an appetizing crust. Baked in the oven, the chicken absorbs its own juices, becoming juicy and fragrant. It is served hot, garnished with fresh herbs, and pairs perfectly with a glass of white wine or a light vegetable side dish. This dish is suitable for both festive dinners and family gatherings, impressing with its harmony of flavors and exquisite appearance.
