Sea bass baked in foil

20 minutes
Sea bass baked in foil is an elegant and simple dish of Spanish cuisine that highlights the natural tenderness and juiciness of the fish. This cooking method has roots in Mediterranean traditions where fresh seafood is prepared with minimal ingredients to preserve its pure flavor. Baking in foil retains all the aromas inside, creating a steaming effect. Lemon adds refreshing acidity while olive oil softens the texture and adds a distinctive note. This dish pairs perfectly with light sides like roasted vegetables or a fresh salad and is ideal for a romantic dinner or family lunch, delighting with its simplicity and rich flavor.
