Turkey and spinach burgers are an amazing combination of juicy poultry meat and tender greens that have become popular due to the pursuit of healthy eating. Despite their German origin, this recipe reflects a universal approach to healthy and tasty food. Spices like ginger and cumin add subtle Eastern notes to the burger, while the addition of parsley and cilantro enhances the freshness of the flavor. The pairing with ginger carrot puree makes the dish particularly harmonious. These burgers are perfect for both everyday dinners and exquisite treats at parties. The ease of preparation and richness of flavor make them a great choice for those seeking an alternative to classic meat patties.

Peel the carrot, dice it finely, and simmer in a small amount of water for fifteen minutes. Then add grated ginger and ground cumin to the carrot and simmer for another five minutes. Before serving, mix the carrot and ginger with finely chopped cilantro. For uniformity, you can blend the carrot with cilantro and ginger in a blender, adding, for example, some soy mayonnaise or coconut cream.
