Baked fish in a bag with cherry tomatoes

Baked fish in a bag with cherry tomatoes is a simple yet refined dish that recalls traditional Russian recipes based on natural ingredients. Its ease of preparation makes it ideal for a weekday dinner, while the combination of tender pangasius fillet, fresh cherry tomatoes, and aromatic greens creates a harmony of flavors. Lemon juice adds a tangy zest to the fish, and baking in a bag preserves juiciness and infuses the ingredients with their own juices. This dish is suitable for both everyday meals and festive tables, especially when paired with rice or mashed potatoes that perfectly complement its taste. The aroma of fresh herbs and roasted tomatoes makes it a truly cozy and warming dinner.

1
Fillet of pangasius (I took exactly that), but tilapia and sole fillet will also work, thaw and cut into two pieces (if you took tilapia fillet, no need to cut).
- Pangasius fillet: 1000 g
2
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, add seasoning, olive oil, and salt.
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Seasoning for fish: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
3
Place the fish in a baking bag, add halved cherry tomatoes and herbs.
- Cherry tomatoes: 100 g
- Dill: 0.5 bunch
4
Secure the package and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
5
Serve the cooked fish with rice or mashed potatoes.
