Veal with cheese is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of meat and the rich flavor of melted cheese. This dish embodies the traditions of classical cooking where juicy meat rolls enriched with the aroma of smoked ham and fresh herbs become a gastronomic delight. Preparation begins with preparing the veal, which is then complemented by cheese, greens, and ham to form appetizing rolls. After frying to a golden crust, they are stewed in meat broth to absorb its flavor and tenderness. The picture is completed by a delicate sour cream sauce that adds a creamy texture. It is served with pasta that perfectly complements the juiciness of the rolls. This dish is ideal for a festive dinner where every detail emphasizes its sophistication and elegance.
