Cut the pork into cubes. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the pork, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes crosswise, dip them in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove with a slotted spoon, rinse with cold water, peel, and cut into small pieces. Add the tomatoes to the meat with pepper, season with salt and pepper, mix, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
