Chicken cutlet in batter

Chicken schnitzel in batter is a harmony of tender meat and crispy crust, inspired by the classic traditions of Austrian cuisine. While the dish resembles the famous Wiener schnitzel, it has a special charm due to the airy batter with garlic notes. Each piece is infused with the aromas of spices and acquires a golden crust when fried in a pan. The taste is soft, juicy inside, and appetizingly crispy outside. The perfect side dish is potatoes, which complement the rich profile of the dish. It is great for a cozy family dinner or a hearty lunch, bringing warmth and richness in every bite.
