Chicken stew with mushrooms and peppers is a bright and aromatic dish of Armenian cuisine, combining tender chicken meat, juicy vegetables, and rich tomato sauce. It is based on traditional principles of Armenian gastronomy where the freshness of ingredients and richness of flavors take center stage. Peppers add a sweet note, mushrooms an earthy tone, while the tomato sauce unites all elements into a harmonious dish. It is baked slowly, allowing all ingredients to soak in each other's flavors. It pairs perfectly with rice that absorbs the fragrant sauce. This dish not only warms but also becomes a true symbol of family gatherings where each spoon carries the warmth of home comfort.
