Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Put the flakes in a plastic bag and crush them with your hand or a rolling pin. Add flour, paprika, dried onion, sage, and a little salt and pepper to the bag. Mix well.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Cornflakes: 3 glasss
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Ground dried onion: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground sage: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
