Lemon-marinated chicken skewers with saffron are a gourmet dish that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet with the refreshing tartness of lemon and the noble spice of saffron. This recipe is inspired by Russian cuisine but can also be found in Eastern culinary traditions where saffron is valued for its refined taste and aroma. The lemon marinade makes the chicken extraordinarily tender, while saffron gives it a golden hue and a slight sweetness. The dish is perfect for grilling, imparting a smoky aroma and appetizing crust to the meat. Chicken skewers in this marinade can be served with herbs, fresh vegetables, and spicy sauces, creating a harmonious flavor that will delight any gourmet.
