A simple and reliable solution. Pork steaks are fried in 10-15 minutes, and the mustard sauce takes about the same amount of time to prepare. It combines delicate creaminess and straightforward spiciness - just what you need to turn an everyday dish into a memorable one.

1
Chop the onion and garlic finely. Heat the butter and sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic until it has a nutty aroma.
- Red onion: 1 head
- Garlic: 1 head
- Butter: 50 g
2
Add 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard to the onion and garlic, pour in white wine and broth. When the volume reduces by half, add cream and continue to simmer.
- Mustard: 2 tablespoons
- Dry white wine: 200 ml
- Chicken broth: 500 ml
- Cream 33%: 100 ml
3
While the sauce is being prepared, heat the grill pan and fry the pork steaks on it.
- Pork cutlet on the bone: 4 pieces
4
On medium heat, the sauce will reduce to a creamy consistency in 8-10 minutes. Then add finely chopped parsley and basil. Remove the sauce from heat.
- Parsley: 70 g
- Basil: 50 g
5
Serve the meat generously drizzled with sauce and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
- Parsley: 70 g
