Georgian classic, a lifesaver at any feast - inexpensive and very tasty.

1
Grind walnuts with a blender. Grind garlic and onion. Chop greens with the blender as well. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into it. It's better to do this in stages and transfer the ground ingredients to a tall container, where they will be mixed and ground together again. Or grind everything at once in a meat grinder.
- Walnuts: 65 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Onion: 1 head
- Parsley: 0.5 bunch
- Coriander: 0.5 bunch
- Lemon: 1 piece
2
Mix all the ingredients. Add salt, pepper, and chili (can be replaced with ground, but be careful).
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Fresh chili peppers: 0.3 piece
3
The taste should be salty-sour and not very spicy. Add water to achieve a consistency close to thick sour cream and blend until smooth.
4
Boil the beans in a steamer or in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Allow the water to drain.
- Green beans: 400 g
5
Mix the beans with pasta and garnish with cilantro or walnuts.
- Green beans: 400 g
- Coriander: 0.5 bunch
- Walnuts: 65 g
