Potatoes baked in goose fat are a traditional dish of Russian cuisine, rooted in ancient village recipes. Goose fat, valued for its richness and aroma, gives the potatoes a unique velvety texture and deep flavor. The golden crust and tender flesh make this potato an ideal side dish or standalone meal.
