Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, drain, and mash into puree.
- Potato: 600 g

Lightly mix the tuna, parsley, tomato sauce, and spices. Add the puree and mix again. Dust your hands with flour and shape 8 flat patties. Place them on a greased parchment on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Canned tuna in its own juice: 3 jars
