Kufta kebab with sesame sauce

Dry roast the walnuts in a dry pan and chop them with a blender.
- Walnuts: 1 tablespoon

Peel the onion and grate it on a fine grater.
- Onion: 1 head

Combine the spices: paprika, salt, and cumin.

- Cumin (zira): to taste

Wash the cilantro, dry it, and chop it finely.
- Coriander: 1 bunch

Add nuts, onion, cilantro, and spices to the minced meat, mix thoroughly, and beat it 2-3 times.
- Minced lamb: 500 g
- Walnuts: 1 tablespoon
- Onion: 1 head
- Coriander: 1 bunch

- Cumin (zira): to taste

The minced meat will become uniform. Shape the minced meat into sausages.

Cover and put in the cold for 20 minutes.

Skewer the kebabs on wooden sticks.

Place on a greased and heated grill rack with olive oil and cook over high heat, turning until golden brown (10-15 minutes).

For the sauce, combine yogurt, tahini paste, pressed garlic, lemon juice, and blend.
- Natural yoghurt: 200 ml
- Tahini: 50 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Lemon juice: 10 ml
