Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and clean the ramson.
- Wild garlic: 300 g

Boil 500 ml of water and mix it with flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Water: 500 ml
- Wheat flour: 800 g
- Salt: to taste

Knead a uniform dough. Let it rest under plastic for 15-20 minutes.

Chop the ramson finely.

Heat vegetable oil and sauté the wild garlic for about 5 minutes. Add salt.

Mash the cottage cheese with a spoon or fork.
- Cottage cheese: 300 g

Mix ramson with cottage cheese and melted butter. Let the filling cool.

Take a piece of dough and wrap the filling in it, forming a dumpling. Do the same with the remaining dough.

Boil salted water in a pot and drop in the dumplings. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
