Rice pudding with dried fruits

Wash all dried fruits in hot water, then dry.
- Raisin: 50 g
- Fig: 100 g
- Dried apricots: 100 g
- Dates: 50 g

Chop all dried fruits finely, except for the raisins.

Boil 2 cups of rice in 4 cups of water until evaporated.
- Round rice: 2 glasss

Add chopped dried fruits and ground ginger to the rice, and mix.
