First, take the fish fillet and dry it with a towel.
- Pollock: 400 g

Then coat the fish in flour and fry it in vegetable oil on both sides.

Next is the tomato sauce. Blend bell pepper, garlic, and tomatoes until smooth.

Then start on the marinade: sauté onion and carrot in vegetable oil, add 750 grams of tomato sauce.

Add sugar, bay leaf, allspice, salt, apple cider vinegar, and water.
