Cut the pork (or any meat) into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until brown. Remove to a plate.
- Pork: 350 g
- Salt: to taste

Fry the chopped onion. Add the chopped bell pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes.

When all the vegetables are soft, add meat, spices, a little water (about 200 g), and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the meat is tender. At the end, add canned beans and garlic, mix everything, and let it sit for a few more minutes.

Cook quinoa: 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water. Boil for about 12–15 minutes.
