Turkey with cheese
1 serving
15 minutes
Turkey under cheese is a refined dish of Russian cuisine, where tender poultry meat harmoniously combines with the spiciness of creamy suluguni and the aroma of spices. The origins of this recipe trace back to traditional Russian feasts where meat dishes held a central place. Turkey soaked in creamy and olive oil acquires a velvety texture, while the mixture of mayonnaise and mustard adds a light spiciness. Tomatoes provide freshness, and chili pepper adds subtle heat. Suluguni melted under the lid forms an appetizing golden crust. This dish is perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings, served hot and garnished with fresh herbs. Its taste is tenderness and richness in every bite, with a light spicy note that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
