Stuffed Crabs

The recipe is taken from the book "Seafood. Very Simple.

Thoroughly wash the crabs under cold water with a brush.

Tie and drop live fish into boiling salted water.
- Salt: to taste

Boil for 10–15 minutes.

Carefully remove the shell from the crabs, remove the claws and the spongy meat.

Cut good meat into pieces and add the meat extracted from the claws.

Fry parsley in 1.5 tbsp of oil, add crab meat, boiled fish, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and white sauce.
- Butter: 2.5 tablespoons
- Chopped parsley: 1 teaspoon
- Crabs: 3 pieces
- Fish: 150 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- White sauce: 1 teaspoon

Fill the crab shells with the obtained mass and place them in a dish with the filling side up.

Sprinkle with melted butter (1 tbsp), then top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
- Butter: 2.5 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs: 1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons

Before serving, place in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.

Fish can be replaced with 1 cup of crumbs from stale white bread.
