Prepare a sauce from finely chopped garlic stalk, garlic cloves, minced leek, salt, monosodium glutamate, wine, vinegar, boiling water, and starch diluted with a small amount of cold water.
- Garlic feathers: 50 g

- Sweet wine: 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Boil the squid for 1-2 minutes in boiling water, remove, and let the water drain.
