Cook mussels in milk with chopped onions (3-4 heads), allspice, and bay leaves for 15-20 minutes.
- Mussel meat: 300 g
- Milk: 1 glass
- Onion: 4 heads
- Allspice peas: to taste
- Bay leaf: to taste

Then cut them in half, sprinkle with salt, pepper, coat in flour, and fry.

At the end of frying, add 1 onion (finely chopped), tomato paste diluted with broth, crushed garlic, and herbs.
