Peel the shrimp, rinse them, place in a colander, and let them drain completely.

In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, broth (50 ml), starch (2 teaspoons) diluted with cold water (100 ml), chopped green onion, ginger, and minced garlic.
