Boil the shrimp (400–500 g), peel them, and cut into pieces.
- Shrimps: 500 g

Pour some jelly on a plate, cool it down, and place the shrimp meat on top. You can decorate with flowers, cubes, and balls made from boiled vegetables and potatoes, parsley, and lemon pieces (optional), then pour jelly again and cool.

Serve sauces with the shrimp: horseradish with vinegar or ready-made mayonnaise.
