Juicy pork neck steak is the embodiment of simplicity and rich flavor in European cuisine. Historically, pork neck was highly valued for its fat content and tenderness, providing a delicate texture when cooked. This steak stands out with a rich aroma of spices that perfectly complement sweet paprika and spicy garlic. The marinating process makes the meat even juicier, while frying in a hot pan adds an appetizing crust. It is suitable for both festive dinners and cozy family lunches, harmonizing well with grilled vegetables or classic potato sides. Easy to prepare yet elegant in presentation, this steak brings warmth and pleasure to every meal.
