Grilled Salmon Steaks

30 minutes
Grilled salmon steaks are the embodiment of simplicity and sophistication in Russian cuisine. Salmon, a symbol of nobility among seafood, has a tender, oily texture and a refined taste that is harmoniously complemented by the freshness of lemon juice and the spiciness of garlic. Spices add depth to the dish, while light olive oil makes it even juicier. This recipe is perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family gathering. Marinated salmon becomes rich in aromas and acquires an appetizing golden crust after grilling. Steaks can be served with roasted vegetables, greens, or a light yogurt-based sauce. Rich in proteins and healthy fats, this delicacy delights not only with its taste but also with its health benefits.
