Draniki with greens and sweet pepper is a bright and aromatic version of the classic Belarusian dish. Thin, crispy potato pancakes enriched with fresh parsley and juicy sweet pepper acquire a special taste and appealing color. The flavor is delicate, with light spicy notes of garlic and fragrant pepper, while the softness of the potato mass harmonizes with the juiciness of the vegetables. Historically, draniki became a symbol of Belarusian cuisine, a simple yet hearty dish served as an independent treat or side dish. In this recipe, fresh vegetables add an original touch, making it especially suitable for the summer season. They pair perfectly with sour cream or yogurt sauce, highlighting their delicate texture.
