Pork neck steak is a juicy and aromatic dish of European cuisine that combines the tender texture of meat with rich spicy notes. The pork steak is cooked over high heat with garlic and sumac, giving it an Eastern flavor twist. After frying, the meat absorbs the spices, acquiring an appetizing crust and deep aroma. Sea salt, a mix of peppers, and a dash of chili sauce complete the composition, making the steak truly rich and spicy. This dish is perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy evening with loved ones. It is served hot alongside grilled vegetables or a fresh salad, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
