This recipe originates from the traditions of Slavic peoples, where the combination of minced meat, rice, and tender cabbage leaves creates a harmony of flavors. Young cabbage adds special juiciness and softness to the dish, while the tomato-sour cream sauce fills it with a pleasant tanginess and a light creamy note.
