Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into medium sticks. Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil (one teaspoon) and spread the oil over the potatoes with your hand.

Place the baking tray with potatoes on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 220–230 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the tray and use a spatula to flip the potato sticks. Add another teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and spices.

Put the potatoes in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until they turn golden brown. Place the potatoes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
