Turkey steaks with cheese

20 minutes
Turkey steaks with cheese are a harmony of tender meat and rich cheesy flavor, complemented by aromatic spices. This recipe is inspired by traditional Russian cuisine, where the combination of meat and cheese is a beloved classic. Turkey fillet is fried to a golden crust while retaining its juiciness, and the addition of sumac and tomato paste gives the dish a tangy zest. Melted hard cheese gently envelops the meat, creating an appetizing texture, while a pinch of sea salt and spices enhance the depth of flavor. It can be served with a light side dish or fresh vegetables, making this meal not only hearty but also an elegant choice for a cozy home dinner.
